Napwise Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these terms and the EULA differ, these terms apply to the extent permitted by the EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

The app helps you log and understand your baby's sleep. Sleep plans, wake windows and insights are based on typical ranges and your own logs; they are general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician or a qualified health professional about your child's health, sleep or development, and seek immediate help in an emergency.

3. Napwise Plus Subscription

• •Napwise Plus is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription.
• •Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends if one is offered.
• •The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• •You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• •Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. AI-Generated Insights

Insights for Plus subscribers are generated automatically by an AI model from your sleep logs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are offered as suggestions to consider, not instructions.

5. Your Data

Your logs are stored on your device and you are responsible for keeping backups. How information is handled is described in the Napwise Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, illustrations and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's plans or insights, or for loss of data stored on your device.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
